Meet Délice, one of our favourite cheeses. Délice de Bourgogne a triple cream cheese that hails from the Burgundy region of France. It makes a common appearance on our table because, because, because ... It's absolutely deliciously melt in your mouth, creamy (well, triple creamy!), and has a lovely pungent and bitter-ish rind.
We enjoy this on toast with a drizzle of honey' with some grapes on the side; or the penultimate, with a glass of muscato or white wine.
