I know that we have a lot of curiosities in the Philippines, but these red bananas caught my eye at the Organza Market here in Winnipeg, Canada. They are imported from Mexico and apparently are the number one fruit in America (not so sure here in Canada though).
Go to Philippine rural areas and our forests and you're bound to get organic saba and other banana varieties! We've been organic for ages!
